Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the subscription-based investment advisory services (Short-Term Investment Calls, Medium to Long-Term Investment Calls, and Weekly Calls) offered by Adaaf Advisory Services Private Limited ("Adaaf", "Company", "we", "us"), a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (Registration No. [INA000XXXXXX]), through its Platform.

1. General Principles

Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the plan and pricing disclosed on the Platform at the time of subscription, and in compliance with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

Since advisory services involve immediate access to SMS-based recommendations upon activation, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Clients may cancel their subscription within [X days, e.g., 5 calendar days] of the initial subscription date ("Cooling-Off Period"), provided:

• No SMS recommendations have been sent to the Client's registered number during this period, or
• Utilisation has been minimal (e.g., only 1 call sent), as assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Requests made within the Cooling-Off Period shall be eligible for a refund of the subscription fee, after deducting:

• Applicable payment gateway charges.
• A pro-rata charge for any calls/services already delivered (if any).

3. Refund Eligibility After the Cooling-Off Period

Once the Cooling-Off Period has lapsed, fees paid for the subscription period are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• Service Non-Delivery: If Adaaf fails to deliver the agreed minimum number of calls for the period (e.g., the 5-7 calls/month indicated for Short-Term plans) due to reasons attributable to Adaaf.
• Duplicate Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount shall be refunded.
• Technical Errors: Where a payment is processed in error due to a technical glitch on the Platform or payment gateway.

Mid-subscription cancellations initiated by the Client (other than for reasons stated above) shall not be eligible for a pro-rata or partial refund, unless required under applicable law.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, Clients must submit a written request to contact.adaaf@gmail.com with the registered email/mobile number, transaction reference (UTR), plan subscribed, and reason for the request.

Valid refund requests will be processed within [X working days, e.g., 7-10 business days] from the date of approval, to the original mode of payment (bank account/UPI used for the transaction).

Adaaf reserves the right to verify the claim, including reviewing SMS delivery logs, before approving a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Payment gateway/bank transfer processing fees.
• Taxes (GST) already remitted to government authorities.
• Any one-time onboarding or KYC processing fees, if applicable.

6. Disputes

In case of disagreement regarding a refund decision, Clients may escalate the matter to our Compliance Officer at contact.adaaf@gmail.com. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated via:

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated terms will apply prospectively to new subscriptions and renewals from the date of publication.
