Adaaf operates under the regulatory framework prescribed by SEBI for Investment Advisers and is bound by the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, as amended from time to time, including circulars and guidelines issued thereunder.

All recommendations issued by Adaaf are delivery-based equity research calls only. We do not advise on intraday trading, futures & options (F&O), or other speculative/derivative products, in keeping with Shariah principles that prohibit speculation (Gharar).
